We'd like to apologize to our valued customers for the brief period of unavailability we suffered today between 2:27pm EST to 2:32PM EST. A system update that had been successfully deployed to our pre-production staging environment caused an error on our production environment when deployed there. The issue was recognized immediately by our staff and the update was rolled back per our resolution process for this type of issue. Our team is analyzing the error logs to determine why the update failed before attempting to re-apply it.
