Resolved - After closely monitoring for several hours and seeing expected performance, we are changing the status of this incident to "Resolved". Our team is focused on doing a thorough root cause analysis in order to provide a full post mortem including any new preventative measures that are needed going forward. We understand the impact incidents like this can have to our customers and our team would like to extend our sincere apologies for the service disruption.

Monitoring - All background services have now been restored including API Triggers and proprietary system integrations. The team continues to monitor all services and databases for abnormal activity and will do so for an extended period of time to ensure full stability. At this time we are changing the status of this incident to all systems Operational and Monitoring.

Update - We have restored email delivery. While our monitoring shows this has recovered to normal operation, there could be a delay in email delivery as the backlog queue is sent from earliest to most recent.

Update - The team has been able to recover the impacted databases and users should begin seeing stable connectivity. We are continuing to re-enable services such as mail and API triggers and other background jobs methodically to ensure we can maintain the current level of stability. This means that while access to Aventri is restored, some emails and API triggers and integrations may still be offline. We will continue to update as specific services are restored.

Update - While we continue to troubleshoot, the latest status is that we are witnessing a massive spike on one of our primary database servers which is preventing connections from the Aventri Core application from reliably connecting. The DevOps team is working to find the root cause so that the issue can be resolved. Unfortunately in this state users are likely to experience inconsistent page loads and refreshes.
